With homeopathic institutions in decline, Hahnemannians Julia Green & Julia Loos spearheaded efforts to found a joint physician-lay organization to prevent disappearance of ‘pure’ homeopathy: the American Foundation for Homeopathy was incorporated in 1924 (Kirschmann, 30-32).
